Natalia Naman Temesgen is a playwright, TV writer/producer, TedX speaker and Associate Professor of Creative Writing at Columbus State University. Her plays have been produced in in major cities across the country. She has written TV episodes for "Dear White People" (Netflix), "Julia" (Max), and "Reasonable Doubt" (Hulu).

Natalia was a 2025 graduate of the WGAEast's Showrunner Training Academy. She was a 2026 TedXColumbusState speaker, delivering an empowering talk entitled, "The Joy of NOT Getting What You Want." Natalia's play for young audiences, "Look Forward: The Ruby Bridges Story," has been produced in Pittsburgh, Jackson, TN, and Columbus, GA over the past three years to much acclaim.
